    I do a half hour walk with my weighted vest nearly every day. Sometimes twice.
    2-3 days of BJJ, sometimes 4 if feeling extra motivated.
    2 days of muay thai before coach left.

    I try to workout 3 days a week, mostly full body stuff. Lost motivation to workout since I am extremely limited with weights. Now its just try to maintain what I have.

    Lift 6x a week, do cardio 4x a week. I've been on that routine for 11 weeks now, lifting first thing in the morning and doing cardio immediately after. I'm taking classes over the summer that are supposedly intense (organic chem and physics) so I'm going to drop down to 4x a week once I complete the 12th week. Each lifting session is about 45 minutes, each cardio session is about 20-30 minutes.

    Before quarantine I was doing 2 days full body with some cardio here and there. Now I'm lifting 5 days a week to keep my workouts short plus an extra 30 minute walk (besides walking doggo 3x a day) most days.

    How long have you been lifting OP? That's honestly a pretty basic and extremely easy routine, and it's definitely not gonna gain you much muscle if any at all.

    normally lift 5-6 days/week, sometimes 7 just cuz hate taking rest days and always look forward to gym, during lockdown actually been forcing myself to take more rest days since I know I should but still been doing weights (dumbbell stuff mostly) least 5 days and usually some cardio on non lifting days

    I am a genetic freak. I have pretty much the same physique as pro bodybuilders (small waist and broad shoulders) my legs n ass muscles grow pretty easily aswell as shoulders and chest. Back is probably the only lagging point tbh. My upper back seems to be doing all the work on db rows and my lats are pisspoor.

    I am a genetic freak. I have pretty much the same physique as pro bodybuilders (small waist and broad shoulders) my legs n ass muscles grow pretty easily aswell as shoulders and chest. Back is probably the only lagging point tbh. My upper back seems to be doing all the work on db rows and my lats are pisspoor.

    Before covid, 7 days a week unless I really can't because of whatever. Go hard at it too. Rest day is when I have a crappy workout because you go everyday, eventually that happens.

    Lockdown, first 3+ weeks, didn't do sht and ate like sht. Now 7 days a week of a low effort workout more to slow the loss than to make gains.

    This is how I feel


    I usually don't do double days, but sometimes I do. Not counting swimming. both my gyms have "lap pools", but it sucks. I workout at gym, take a little break and go do lap swimming at an aquatics center with huge ass lap pools.
