    no, hour of cardio when i wake up. lift weights later. hour of cardio before bed. I have to hit it pretty hard or i gain weight.

    More than 7, but it isn't all lifting. Running, calisthenics, BJJ [at home with the gf]. Because I'm not really lifting weights volume is high.

    When not quarantine, lift 2-3 x a week and BJJ 4-6 x, plus a ton of walking.

    Now in quarantine almost every day, light weights at home and every day walking outside or bike riding outside.

    Normally when gym is open I do 4 gym days.

    At old gym used to do 5 gym days and first few years of lifting used to do 5-6 days. But figured out after all that it’s not needed at all and rest/recovery days actually work better than additional gym days.

    It would be better to eat less than do all that cardio. Just control your diet, if you don't actually enjoy doing that cardio

    Well... the plan is 6 days but motivation is rlly low in the last month so... I try to hit every muscle group at least 1x a week and pray to not loose muscle while im cutting.

    Conditioning and managing volume. I used to lift 6-7 days per week. Now that I'm older I find 4 days to be the sweet spot. Keeps me hungry/wanting to lift and when I hit the gym I'm ready to go with full intensity.


    I typically walk 2-4 miles per evening with my girlfriend (preferably every day) but I don't consider that to be a 'workout'. Its LISS cardio though.

    I workout 3 times per week --> here's my plan for those who don't know

    Day 1. Shoulders/Legs _----> 3x12 dumbbell lateral raise
    3x12 seated rear delt fly
    3x12 dumbbell lunges
    3x4-8 dumbbell curl


    Day 2. Abs/Shoulders/Arms ----> situps 100x2 200x1
    dumbbell lateral raise 3x12
    dumbbell curl 3x4-8

    Day 3. Chest/Back ----> Dumbbell row 3x12

    this is coming from someone who lifted 7 days a week for years. That was because I thought high volume was GOAT. Then i learned it wasnt and started growing size and strength way easier.
