If I need to drink 130 oz of water a day .. and i drink 3 10 oz protein shakes... do i only need to drink 100 more oz of water?
I ask because its not pure water, its diluted, soda can dehydrate you, etc.
Are protein shakes part of my water intake or is that 130 oz referring to strictly undiluted water ?

Part of the reason that the old advice to drink large amounts of water everyday was rejected was because it was based on an erroneous study which did NOT include all the water contained in our food. Hence the updated recommendations: to drink 1 glass of water with each meal - and then again when you feel thirsty.
Yes, water from food and shakes counts. Your body will work as hard as it needs to in order to extract the water required. Usually this isn't a problem if you follow the guidance mentioned above.
There is no benefit to drinking lots more than this and it could have downsides if pushed too far.

Not actually true

The second major risk arises from imbalanced fluid or electrolyte levels, particularly hyponatremia (sodium deficiency, overhydration, or water intoxication).

6-7 pounds in two weeks...? you're starting a bit too late if you want to look "good" for summer, give it another year or so
what are you talking about anyway? if you work your ass off, you'll eventually look better. do you think the "perfect" water intake and diet is going to produce more results than actual training? you'd be surprised if you knew how little "perfection" you really need for your diet if you train right

I'm actually one of the least sweaty people youll ever meet. and i'm 37 and still dont have chest hair. just working my ****ing ass off
pushing myself hard because i thought thats how you get results
stats are 6'3" 190lbs 22% bodyfat and no training for many years. joined the gym in february but I was just counting to 10 on sets, not working very hard or eating much protein back in feb/march/april

okay so now we have more context. you want to lose weight - eat in a caloric deficit and make sure you're getting enough proteins and fats. you kinda proved my point too, there's no way you can sustain this perfect diet if you're getting impatient after two weeks
the guy above me said that losing weight is 90+% diet and he's right, just eat the right amount of calories and have your macros in check

not really a nutritional post but i need to say this: while a low bf% might make your face a bit more attractive, you should not have this "no chiseled jawline = no chicks" mindset. if you're meant to get chicks, you'll get them without that jaw definition
even if you did need that definition to get girls, you can only do so much in this time frame, and no perfect diet is going to transform you any faster than a normal diet. eat like a normal person (don't try to perfect your diet) and hope for the best

Stop being so insecure and fix your head. Progress takes persistence and time.
You are doing something wrong if you feel like chit everyday. Either overtraining or perhaps malnutrition depending on the quality of your diet.
The stress you seem to be putting on yourself ain’t helping your metabolism and hormones either, relax.
