I find if i dont eat strong insulin boosting fruit like dates and watermelon and rasins and candied sweet potato after a hypertrophy workout i feel extremely tired and more prone to overeating. i also dont get increased fat gain from more sugary fruit in comparison to less insulin boosting carbs even when surplus is same and seem to get slightly better strength gains eating more sugary fruits.

, its that i've seen tons of articles circulating saying fruit has too mcuh sugar and causes insulin resistance and therefore excess fat gain(the hallmark indicator loss of insulin sensitivity), and my expierience has been 100% contrary to this, and i wondered if this was other peoples expierience and why people keep making these claims.

It's not a myth exactly, you can overflow the liver with too much fructose - but only in extreme cases. It would be impractical with fruit because you'd have to force feed yourself and the fibre content would have you running to the toilet long before you got to that point.
Soda made with HFCS could in principle get you there though IIRC.

its a myth persay so there is no actual data, just it spikes insulin the fastest, but it’s such a small difference you won’t see any actual effect And like above says you would have to eat so much fiber you’d have the runs and stored in the liver etc doesn’t mean much cakes you have to go balls to the wall with fruit
