How do I add my avatar?

Don't know how to do this. I am supposed to select from my profile pics or something, but I don't know how to do that. I did recently upload a pic on to my gallery on my bodyspace page but don't know how to change my profile pic.

On your main BodySpace page, click on:
*photos
then click on:
*progress photos
then click on
*upload new progress photos (in the blue banner over the current progress pic displayed,
then select, "profile" from the four choices, and then upload the photo.)

The process is completely retarded though. I've been here for a long time and still get confused every single time.

Even now that I "know" how to do it its still chit. Why isn't there a simple "upload your avi" spot?

It's a rare thing for design and efficiency to co-exist. Usually those two goals end up being at odds, design often winning because it's prettier.
