The reason why he's not on the hot seat is because the Steelers have never been worse than 8-8 since he was the head coach. With that said, I like you am starting to think he's flawed in the playoffs though.

Jags could easily turn around and be competitors for the AFC crown next year. James Robinson was a great find, and if you add in a competent QB it will take pressure off of him. They have solid young WRs, but could use a tier 1 WR, Chark is a #2.

They have a lot of money and #1 overall pick with good pieces on the team.

It will come down to the coach, and if it's Meyer, I think they will have high upside.
