    Need help

    Hi I’m 16 5’11 and 155 lb male I eat 1500 calories a day but I don’t eat clean but I still get good macros I also do insanity but I still have fat if I keep doing this will I get lean and have a six pack

    No, first off you're only 16 and have no business cutting. Second, at 5'11" and 155 if you don't already have a six pack then you're not going to get one by cutting more weight because you lack muscle mass. You need to spend the next several years building before trying to chase non-existent abs.
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

    You should increase your calories immediately. What you are doing is incredibly unhealthy.

    Restricting caloric intake at this young age could be really dangerous for your health. Better change diet into more protein less simple carbs. Take a look at Tim Ferris book The 4-Hour Body.

    On top of the fact that at 16 you should only be trying to build muscle - your diet is all wrong for both muscle building and fat loss so you need to fix that. Don't think about 'clean' and 'dirty' foods - it's okay to eat junk food in moderation at your age. But if you're only eating 1500 calories of junk food I guarantee you're not getting enough protein.

    Stop counting calories, the only thing I'd pay attention to is protein and lifting.
