DEXASCAN and bodyfat
I just wanted to share this with you.
I’ve been on a cut for 3 months and decided to undergo a DEXA Body Composition Scan.
My gym’s caliper test and the handheld device were both saying I was about 8-10%. And looking at those chart-like pictures on the internet, I thought so.
I just went through the DEXA Body Composition scan and it measured 13%.

Looking at those pictures in the link above I would never say 13%...
Calipers are really innacurate! Beware, guys.
