Hello:
Usually I place my creatine mono with my Post workout shake (3-5 g). I was thinking of adding it to my intra (Kaged Amino Synergy) as the fruit taste of the infra will probably make it a little easier to drink. Any thoughts on this? Or am I overthinking it? I know, I know, it doesn’t matter when I take the creatine. I think
More of a placebo thing, lol.
