I have had abs for as long as I can remember. I have always been a natural, pretty low body fat. However, recently I have lost around 3 pounds of weight without really trying, and now have visible veins on my abs. They are on my lower abs, and ever on some of the middle and higher ones. I could not find any information on this or find anyone with this. Is this safe, and why is it happening (any reason aside from just low body fat).

there is nothing unhealhty about ab veins
while the health benifits drop off once your get down to 15% BF, there is nothing unhealthy about ab veins, especially if your body isint indicating that you are in starvation mode.

Ab veins = low body fat. Wouldn't worry about it.
