I don't think ****totypes are a useful concept in the world of training. They don't (for example) tell you anything particular about how you should train or eat.
The main difference beween people is how much muscle they need to gain - and how much fat they have to lose. The methods of doing those things is the same for everyone. People's appetites vary - and appetite is a powerful force. It can account for the supposed differences between and "endo" and "ecto" type.

in terms of what training you should do, ****totypes dont matter, like endomorph doesnt mean you need cardio nor does ectomorph mean you must never do cardio, that's just a claim stated since the sterotype is endomorphs have more trouble limiting the calories and ecomorphs have trouble eating enough. in terms of diet there is some variation, ectomorphs can generally eat big calorie deficits without needing to worry about muscle loss or metabolism slowdown, but often need to be prudent aobut eating a ton of extra food bulking, while endomorphs must take great caution about calorie deficit since they are typically quite prone to muscle loss and metabolism slowdown, and on a bulk must focus on not eating too much. mesomorphs tend to fall inbetween. also note, most people are a mix between multiple ****totypes, like i happen to be a mix between mesomorph and endomorph.
