    Thumbs up Man old man....

44 years old man, that wants to lose 30 pounds, I’m right now at 270 and it’s really difficult because when I get home from work around 2pm I see my bed and all I want to do is lay down and do nothing, I need some picker upper or a good supplement or something, I’m going to build soon a diy power rack and see if that motivates me.
I just to play soccer 3 days a week but now with all this Corona quarantine can’t do that.
Any supplements I can take in order to get that little pump I need maybe in the afternoon???
    Thanks and stay safe fellas.....

Caffeine ought to help, but you shouldn't ever rely on a product to get you on track.

Try to prioritize on the DIY power rack first and avoid seeing your bed
Maybe get involved with a community to get yourself accountability?

Honestly it is going to be hard to find motivation in a powder/pill.

Breaking the habit of doing nothing after work is going to be your best bet, but stimulants like caffeine should help with the grogginess.

Good news! You don't have to do anything to lose weight. In fact, you have to do negative things to lose weight. Eat less. That's it.

Pick a free tracking option like www.myfitnesspal.com for example, log every single thing you consume every day. Also morning bodyweight. Use an online calculator (such as theirs) to estimate your required calories and then adjust as you go (look at weekly trends) based on your daily calories and daily morning weigh ins (record your weight daily, and everything you eat, but don't worry about daily weight fluctuations look at bodyweight in 1 week segments)

Limit your calories such that you lose 1-2 lbs of bodyweight per week (roughly 500-1,000 calories per day below maintenance)

No need for supplements, though some caffeine is usually helpful for energy, mood, and even a little appetite suppression

    This.

Also, motivation is wood. Stop looking for motivation and create discipline. Once you are disciplined and have created the habit, you'll never have to worry about motivation again.
