1 year almost to the date I started this journey. Hardest part is the mental side and trying to be as consistent as possible. Not letting a bad day become 2 then 3. My programs have bounced all around. My workout log looks a bit bipolar! The biggest difference has been when I started to actually hit my macros and not being afraid of carbs.
Strength wise the biggest gains have come from following the conjugate method.
I really don't know how low I want to get as far as weight but I'm aiming for about 12-15% body weight then start to bulk a bit but with weight gain being easy I will have to be extremely careful.
