    Any good workouts for losing body fat? I'm 124 pounds and 5' 9". I'm 13 years old.

    The title basically says it all.
    I have been doing my little pushups, situp, run, squat routine for 232 days.
    I have the muscle and all, but I want more definition. The only thing that came to mind was losing body fat.
    Is losing body fat the best option? or is there another option?
    I only workout at home, and my family doesn't know that I do this. Thanks!
