    SO my weight has been all over, started the week at 185, ate very carefully and well, worked out with lots of cardio but it didn't budge for 4 days even going up a bit, but I am still losing on the trend which is great, down 2.8lbs essentially from last weeks weight in (Although I think a lot is water/fluctuations).

    My goal for this thread was 182 which is 3.2lbs away. I don't think I can close that gap in a good way this week but I am going to get damn close.

    Pretty decent week. Down another lb, 5 since May 29th.

    Tomorrow we eat birthday cake lol. Just one piece for me because I want to indulge, not undo.

    It's too quiet in here! lol. Maybe everyone's just focusing so hard. How was everyone's (last) week?

    I didn't gorge too too crazy on chinese food and cake Saturday, but it's no secret it will head straight to my ass and thighs anyway lol. So I'm going to workout my way under 300, hopefully by Friday. Lots of lunges. It's only a couple pounds, can't be that hard. Right?

    Off to hand out reps...

    I would need to lose 2lb in the next 5 days if I am to hit my goal. That's more than I'd like to attempt to lose tbh. 15kg in 15 weeks is plenty though - didn't really need to be hitting nearly 16kg in that time.

    As soon as this week finishes I'll probably be dropping off the website for 6 weeks or so - I really want to do some focus on myself and my workouts. I know it's going to be a tough 12 weeks as I start to eat at a small surplus. Any change to an eating routine is hard when you have an eating disorder.

    Was hoping to get under 300 by June 30... but it looks more like I'll be right around 300-304 by then. Diet has been good. Lifts continue to hold/I try to increase on deficit.

    So theres no negatives. I'd rather stick to my 2500 cut (which is about 800 under maintenance between my weight and height)... that amount of food is enough to not make me feel like im short changing myself too much and its enough to get good pumps at the gym. And yes... I will tell you 2500 calories for me is probably how it feels to be a foot shorter and around 1500 (or so).

    If a new thread starts up.. I'll set a target for 285 by end of August... with an ultimate goal of dropping to 250 by the start of 2021. These are good motivation threads... hope you all get to where you want to be. Once I drop to about 280 I will drop another 100 calories. Then after another 50 (and adjusting for what i see in the mirror), ill drop another 100 if I have to. About 10 years ago I was there... If I reach sub 240s by April of next year (240 and below starts getting really calorie restricted)... I will hopefully get down below 238 which was my lowest and then once i get to where I think I can get... I'll try my first actual slow bulk. A smidge over maintenance and hopefully even better/robust workouts as I expand my knowledge.

    Anyways... just sharing life goals for those that like the stories or motivation. I want to keep up with my almost-3-year-old son who is already running circles around me and at the age when i was a kid. He's kicking soccer balls to me already lol.

    I'm very close to my goal (140 lbs) for this month as of today. I'll measure my weight on June 29, 2020 and see if I've officially made my goal for the month.

    Good news is that my gym is reopening from today. I'll be headed there this afternoon after finishing my daily chores. Despite the 3-month long quarantine that has disturbed my regular schedule, I think it has had its benefits after all. I will now be implementing a different workout program from the one I was running before, and considering the fact that my lifts will have undoubtedly decreased I will use this to improve/better my form.

    I hope you're also doing well on your weight-loss journey. Good luck.

    So I weirdly woke up 1.2 lbs lighter today and hit my goal weight of 182 exactly. Here is seeing if it holds after a normal day of eating/workouts.

    Hopefully keep my binge eating under some level of control in the next 3 months, and I'll be back again in late September!

    Well I’ll say that pretty damn close. Next stop 145-150 and then to start my first bulk.

    I started working out last year in June at my friends house( I was 192 lbs) then got a gym membership in september and started my cut at the end of November at 187 pounds. Now here is a before and after picture.

    Spit in the sink lol. Great work! oh gawd I hate binge eating. The first time around trying losing lots of weight I started to have the occasional binge. Just tried to reduce my anxiety from pushing myself so hard.

    Kicking soccer balls at you lmao awww Thanks for sharing, I like to hear the mindsets of others. If no one starts a thread, I will. I need these. They helped me lose 85+ lbs the first time around. I gained back about half so here I am again.

    Managed to pop down to the 290's, just barely but I'll take it! My 10 lb goal was aggressive because I expected some serious water weight reduction which didn't really happen. Regardless, even though I've done my challenge weigh in, I'm going to see how close I can get by the 30th.

    Well despite not thinking it would happen, had some weird weight fluctuations/flush effects and made it. I increased my workouts this week and have been eating super disciplined so very happy I made it, Looking forward to the thread. I have about 12-17 more lbs to go before I am at my goal weight where I will begin more heavy lifting/eating slight above maintenance.

    My weight floated around 154 lbs a year ago, with it fluctuating up to 158 lbs at times. After years of yapping of talk of intent, I finally decided to take weight-loss seriously in May of 2020. Gyms are closed here so I have been focusing on reducing my calorie-intake (intermittent fasting: 6 hour meal duration) and indoors cardio (jogging) to lose weight. I'm assuming the lbs of weight I have lost thus far is water weight. My goal is to reach 140 lbs by the end of June.

    Didnt quite reach my goal but its not stopping me. Feels good to eat less and lift more.

    Well, I've been really busy lately and kept forgetting to post my weight. The gyms in my area are still closed, but I have been walking around a good bit, lifting weights at home and intermittent fasting. I haven't been weighing any food out yet.

    A week or 2 ago, I went up to around 212 lbs from eating more carbs, but still staying right around maintenance (maybe slightly over).

    I know I'm still holding a good bit of water weight, since my wife and I have been eating a lot of rice lately "like right now", but as of today I am at 208.9 lbs.

    I'm going to be slowly losing weight until I am probably around 160 or something, then a very slow bulk to 180-185, back to 170 to cut the fat off etc. Whatever I would consider to be "stage ready", so it's still going to be a while.

    I hope everyone made progress with losing weight and I should be around here and there, to jump in another weight loss thread sometime.
