Hey Everyone!! Figured i'd make a thread so that everyone remains motivated and committed during confinement measures. I know for sure how it isn't easy as most gyms are closed and boredom makes you wanna eat sometimes.

I'm in for this. I finish my 6 week cut on May 10th, but have decided to continue cutting for a further 6 weeks, which takes me to June 21st - pretty much covering this thread!

My name is Taco, I started cutting around 1.5 year ago. Started at 87kgs and I'm at 72kgs rn. Long term goal is maybe around 60-65kgs, or wherever I feel healthy, at peace and more attractive. Goal for thread is to go past my plateau and go below 70kgs.

In for the long haul.
Started April 13th at 224.5 lb, so far I've lost 5.2 lbs.
Current weight 219.3 lbs

Bump to remind all that it's now May and we're open for business. I've woken up today and found that my scales are broken, so I am estimating based on the average of the last 3 days, which is 92.5kg. Goal is 6.5kg over the next 8 weeks.
Additionally to my lifting and cycling:
Doing a plank every day
Walking 10,000 steps a day

Well even without the gym I’m still trying to keep busy with the 25 pound dumbbells I got at home. Since I’m not able to go to the gym I am looking at losing less than a pound a week we will see how this goes. My goal is to hit the lightest weight I’ve been in 20 years. Good luck everyone I hope you all hit your goals.

I had estimated my weight last week as the scales had broken, but I think it was a little high - I was 91.9kg on the 2nd May, so possibly more like 92kg.
Either way, lost a little more than planned but not too concerned right now - I simply want to lose some of my hip fat, which means at least another 3kg, and more likely the whole 5kg.

Progress feels slow, but I know that it's actually rather good. Lifts in the big 5 haven't stalled yet-adding 2.5kg a week to each of them, though I'm sure that will stop sometime in the next few weeks.

Not a bad week. Had a cheat last Saturday and gained a bunch. Long days work at my hunt camp had me working out like a mule on Wednesday. Managed to lose -0.8lbs which is plenty at this point in my journey.
Weight on April 27 was 174.4lbs.

Well I lost a little more than I wanted to but I’ll take it haha. I’m putting in 15-20k steps everyday at work I’m sure that’s burning lots of calories. I’m currently eating 1900 cals a day and am pretty satisfied and try to fit in a few drinks into that on the weekend. Can’t wait to hit the 150s Good luck all

Too late to join?
Starting weight 268lbs, goal weight for end of June lets say 250. 250 has been a huge mental barrier for me in losing weight, keep bouncing between 275 and 250 the last 3-4 years looking to finally break 250.

I'll be trying to do bodyweight HIIT workouts at home as my local gyms are still not open (and as far as I know no timetables for it). For diet, ill be doing IF with 6-8 hour eating windows and shooting for 1200 calories on rest days, 1500 on days I workout. it worked really well for me in the fall when I lost 22lbs in 3 months before I just stopped for no reason.

had a good week, i'm only eating 1 meal a day, due to ramadan. i was hoping for more then i lost but it's ok, i'll try to cut down on meal size this week.

Weighing in a day early as my weigh in schedule has been disrupted by my covid diagnosis, and today is a rare time that I've actually been able to get up and weigh first thing - I've often been too tired or too thirsty to weigh before eating or drinking.

It's not been too bad actually. I was wrecked for the first two days, then improved on day three a little, more on day four, then days five and six have been the same - fever gone, chills gone, more energy but still have a tight chest when going up stairs etc.
