Great! I've eaten practically no junk food, my only problem so far has been hitting my protein goal.

    Smashing it. I think.

Can't wait for my weigh in tomorrow - I think I'll be less than 2kg away from my goal, which would then mean just 4lbs to lose in 3 weeks.

    Goal for thread: 85kg
    Overall goal: 82kg

    May 1: 92.5kg
    May 8: 90.2kg
    May 15: 89.8kg

    June 26:

5 weeks down, 6kg down. That's averaging out at just over 1% of my bodyweight each week, and that's the aim.

3 weeks of cutting left, and 1.5kg to go before I hit my goal. I won't lie, there is a part of me that really wants to hit this last three weeks hard and drop as much as possible so I have less fears of gaining weight when I switch to the bulk phase.

    Might push for 83.x kg.

Was stuck in a rut since may 16th weekend. Ate my emotions, lacked motivation. Second kid is to be here anytime now and i guess i had lots to deal with and do. Anyway, diet was on point this week. Gym/exercise at a minimum but hey. Back down to 176lbs and in a better place mentally at least.

Been really happy with my progress despite it being mostly diet, and only being able to do light workout 1-2 a week. I think I am in striking distance of my June goal. 6lbs over 3 weeks but going to have to work extra hard. Does anyone else have poor sleeps on a cut?

Not a bad week, could have been much better though. Not on track with workouts. One of my kids worked until 11pm every night which means not in bed until midnight, and I have to get up at 6am, so tired after work it's hard to get my ass into gear. I can't survive on less than 8 hours per night, it just kicks my ass. Going to push myself this week regardless. I'd like to take 3 solid lbs off this week.

Well im officially out. Lol i’ve been working so hard these last two years in improving my torn ACL injury and after losing over 120 pounds this had drastically improved my condition while I await surgery. However this last Monday I had an accident while at my hunting camp and fell off a ladder and tore some more ligaments as well as meniscus in that same knee and as a result I am back to square one pain wise. I can barely hold weight on that leg end it will most likely take me 3 to 6 months to get back to an acceptable level of functionality.

I can’t do cardio or anything involving legs other than mild physiotherapy exercises when the swelling goes down. I will try and focus on nutrition and upper body exercises but for now I need to take it easy for at least two weeks. Furthermore my wife is due to give birth next week so I was going to face challenges in my routine anyways. My weight has been fluctuating between 170 and 180 for the last three weeks and I am OK with that. I will most likely create a new thread because I would like to stay accountable nutrition wise and these threads mean a lot to me and I have a feeling I will require support in order to not give up and let my demons take over. I’m super stoked for all the progress and the resilience many of you have shown these last months!

No loss this week, but I have overeaten in the last 3 days, so that'll explain why I haven't made any progress. I think my body wanted more food this week, and I have no issues with maintaining for a week. I'll be back to it with renewed vigour for the final two weeks of my 12 week cut.

14.1kg lost over the last 14 weeks, and 6kg in the last 6 weeks. Everything is going to plan...

Gutted for you - setbacks can be so damaging, and I totally understand the birth challenges that are coming up - my wife is due in just over 3 months and I have my cut/bulk cycle timed to the due date right now and feel massive pressure to do everything I can before the baby arrives!

Really disappointed with progress this week, after pretty steady losses I stalled out a bit this week even though my diet was on point and I increased my activity level.

I am not going to be discouraged and stay focused on diet, I am hoping the needle starts moving again but with todays results my goals for the month are going to be tough. I was as low as 187 a few times this week but waking up today at 188 didn't feel great.

    Starting weight: 148 lbs
    Goal weight: 140 lbs

    June 1, 2020: 148 lbs
    June 8, 2020: 144 lbs
    June 15, 2020: 143 lbs
    June 22, 2020: 142 lbs
    June 29, 2020: 140 lbs

My weight floated around 154 lbs a year ago, with it fluctuating up to 158 lbs at times. After years of yapping of talk of intent, I finally decided to take weight-loss seriously in May of 2020. Gyms are closed here so I have been focusing on reducing my calorie-intake (intermittent fasting: 6 hour meal duration) and indoors cardio (jogging) to lose weight. I'm assuming the lbs of weight I have lost thus far is water weight. My goal is to reach 140 lbs by the end of June.

Well this wasn’t the best week I’ve had haha. I was on vacation this week and it consisted of bad food choices and a few days of beers while doing work in the yard. Got to get back on track now.

It'll be a tough week if I am to hit my goal by the end of my cut, but considering I've lost 6.5kg so far in 5 weeks, it wouldn't be terrible if I did maintain or miss out by half a kilo.

I've got 10 days to go, and that would be a 700 calorie a day deficit. Pretty steep before I go into my lean bulk/Recomp.
