    Well another week and more weight lost. So close to the 150s haha can’t wait for the the gyms to open back up tho I feel like I am getting smaller now . Good luck everyone!

    Huge loss this week of -3.2lbs. Feeling super lean this am. No cheats but only worked out 3 times. Calories a bit lower than usual at around 2000/day. Busted my goal by almost a pound so im not sure where to go from here. Perhaps 165!?

    Going to my hunting camp this weekend and may indulge more than usual however lots of hard work involved and may not gain weight.


    Weight on April 27 was 174.4lbs.

    Not currently weighing out much of my food. Once my weight loss starts to plateau, I will be keeping track of everything.

    Lifting a bit at home, plus I can walk through the house in a big circle from diningroom, back porch, kitchen, dining room. I've been making 50 trips around (25 in each direction), which comes out to 2/3 mile or so every few days.

    Once it starts staying warmer outside, I will slowly get back to jogging.

    I've restarted working out this week having fully recovered from COVID-19, and that also meant starting on the creatine again.

    I've weighed in at 88.2kg at my lowest this week, but I've crept up 0.3kg a day for the last 4 days and was 89.4kg today. I'm thinking that's because of the creatine and because I've started lifting weights again after a 10 days in bed.

    5 weeks to lose 4.4kg.

    Guess I'll join in, been tracking throughout so here are my numbers to date. Am 5'7" for reference

    Been keeping my intake around 1500 calories, daily mostly bodyweight workouts with limited equipment since I'm not too comfortable going to gyms right now. Aside bodyweight, have a medicine ball and pull up bar and that's it for now... hoping to at least add some dumbbells soon.

    Well I was down to 157.4 for a couple days and then averaged out to 159. Another week another pound. Finally back to the 150s it’s been probably 15-20 years back in my grade 9 days.

    I've been in on the others. Covid was the exact opposite for me than most. Had to wear full coverings and go into our office every day as an essential employee. I'm in IT for federal disability and we went to 78 hour weeks for the last 2 months (7 days a week, 11 hour days). We finally are fully implemented (new servers, new processes, backlog of claims dealt with) and back to 40 hour weeks as of Tuesday. Means I'm getting back on it minus my gym... At home free weights is about what I have.

    Current Weight is 312.

    I've weighed in at 88kg on occasion this week, but I've eaten a lot more in the last couple of days and ruined things.

    I'll get back on track today and over the weekend. I should be 87.x for the next weigh in and hopefully that 85kg goal will feel more realistic.
