Hey man.
I am exactly at the same point you are right now. I was 246 at my smallest a couple of years back, and I've been falling further and further back into old habits. They really do die hard!
I'm currently back at ~390 (don't even know if i can trust this number since its near my scales max). I'm pretty sure you and I are driving the same train.
You know what though? We can both do this. Gym/no gym. To be frank, anything you do in a day that isn't "the usual" is a step in the right direction.
There's only one way forward, and that's one step at a time. One foot in front of the other. If you fall (and it'll happen. it always does), pick yourself up (no matter how slow the process),
because you can do it.
You can do this.
