Read the court filings and the linked emails as a starter. Still a bunch of redacted Brady material Sidney Powell is pushing to get declassified.

We said from the start flynn pled because they were targeting his son who just started a business and had a baby. They had nothing on Flynn, so they said we will use the full extent of our resources to have your sons life hell. Flynn pled to protect his family, not because of any wrongdoing. They used the same tactics on Cohen and others.

Everyone on muellers team belongs in jail.

They came after Flynn over bogus FARA charges that they ultimately brought against his partner, but got dropped because they had no evidence. The judge kicked muellers team to the curb.

Want to know who helped Flynn full out the FARA forms? His lawyers. Taking the plea got them off of the hook for any possible liability.

The story only gets worse from there. I hope Flynn is able to sue when this is all over.

From what I gathered, it sounds like some of the people in Trump's transition team were set up. Like with Flynn, they set him up then charged him with lying to the FBI. It's a common tactic from what I hear from friends who are retired cops to try to get you into a confession. Never ever waive your rights to counsel, always ask for an attorney. The question is who would want to do that and the answer is the last president. I think they wanted to help their candidate win so they pulled all this stuff. They admitted Comey lied to the FISA court. Then they have this report that says Russia did help Trump "accidentally" (supposedly with fake ads on social media). The whole thing is sad and it just goes to show that Snowden was right how this FISA thing can be abused quite easily. I never voted for either one.

They juiced up a fake FARA charge because they thought Flynn would back out of the “lying to the fbi” plea. Then they attacked his son in the ultimate act of coercion. The goal was to hit Flynn, nothing more.

Flynn was a vocal opponent of Obama's iran policy, was a character witness for a chick who claimed McCabe harassed her, it. Even though Flynn was a democrat and part of a democrat admin, that placed a HUGE target on his back. They instantly set out to destroy the man.

First they used their favorite foreign spy, Halper. Dearlove/halper invited Flynn to a dinner, sat him next to Svetlana lohktova, and later leaked reports to the media that 1) Svetlana was a Russian spy even though she was a Cambridge professor and 2) Flynn hooked up with her.

Then, after they claimed downer's tip that the trump admin might have coordinated the hack and leaks of the emails, they opened an investigation on Flynn because he talked to a Russian once. Uwotm8?

Flynn knew where the bodies were buried in the Obama admin. Flynn said he was going to audit the intelligence community and restructure things as part of Trump's admin. They couldn't allow that, so they sought to destroy him. Flynn had a legal convo with the Russian ambassador, one where he was unmasked (illegal) and leaked to the media (illegal), and that gave strzok and McCabe predicate to question him. They knew there was nothing sinister or illegal, Flynn told him that they already had the transcript so he didn't know why they needed to talk, but he talked to them anyway. They manufactured a "lie" and the rest is history.

At the same time Obama and yates were telling trump Flynn might be dirty, the FBI had already filled a report saying he was clean and there was no evidence he was linked to Russia. Pence was being grilled about any contact between trump admin and Russia and he made a blanket statement that there wasn't any. Flynn had a single convo with the Russian ambassador, who was pissed that Obama kicked a bunch of Russian out of the US. That is the "lie" that Flynn told pence... that he never disclosed the insignificant convo.

They knew they couldn't get Flynn to plea to lying when he didn't, so they juiced up a fake FARA charge, and later targeted his son, who had a 4 month old baby and new business. Flynn folded for his family.

Sidney Powell is all over the case and it is going to be tossed. It is textbook entrapment, coercion, and prosecutorial misconduct. Welcome to Mueller's tactics on innocent people.

Well, there isn't a single document saying Flynn did nothing wrong. There is a series of events and documents that point to that.

1) Flynn's conversation with Russia was legal, the FBI had the transcript and knew this, yet McCabe and strzok (both fired for being corrupt) attacked Flynn anyone
2) Flynn didn't lie in his interview with them. They said that they didn't think he lied. The original 302 of the interview magically disappeared. A new one appeared a few weeks later saying that he lied. Their text messages show deliberation about the 302, Lisa page edited the 302 to make material changes that alleged a lie, etc.
3) Flynn's legal counsel helped him fill out the FARA forms. When Mueller's team tried to claim Flynn lied on them, his lawyers faced charges themselves. They were motivated to get Flynn to sign a plea. It would get them off the hook.
4) Through a series of leaked stories to the media, attacks on his son, and leveling a bunch of fake charges, they coerced a plea.
5) They were telling trump that Flynn was dirty and he needed to be fired... when the FBI had already cleared him of any wrongdoing when it came to him being a Russian spy.

The lists goes on and on. Flynn hired a new lawyer who said the govt was withholding a bunch of documents that exonerated Flynn. They claimed they didn't exist. Magically documents started appearing... Barr hired an outside lawyer to oversee the case, given all of the shady behavior. That lawyer found additional documents for Flynn and released them to him just this week. Included were emails showing Mueller's team was hanging an investigation of Flynn's son over him to coerce the plea.

Another super shady aspect to this story--

They brought the FARA charges they threatened against Flynn to court against his business partner. IN the swamp of DC, he was convicted. The judge had to overturn the ruling and throw the case out because Mueller's team literally presented 0 evidence that his partner was working with the Turkish govt, or had any knowledge that any of their dealings were with those affiliated with the govt. (that's how easy it is to get charges against a republican in DC... I digress).

Mueller's team was recommended no jail time for Flynn. They then knew they had no case against his partner, and tried to get Flynn to lie and say that they knowingly filed fake FARA forms. Flynn wouldn't lie for them, and this was never part of their plea... so Mueller's team flipped their ****. They changed their position and recommended charges for Flynn. They made Flynn's son a witness in the case and contacted his son at his home, not going through counsel.

Then Sidney Powell started pushing for discovery of documents, and knowing they were going to be completely fcuked, they decided not to call Flynn's son as a witness, and within a few weeks went back on their recommendation for jail time and changed it back to no jail time.

Again, it's prosecutorial misconduct at it's finest.

The same guy that was threatening Flynn and his son was also one who the IG reported did not follow minimization procedures when they got documents from Trump folks during the mueller investigation. Meaning they took things they knew they weren't allowed to have, and looked through them anyway.

I just read the forums mostly but I've noticed the same. Ignore the personal attacks, do not launch personal attacks of your own, destroy their arguments and crush the next one without looking back at your work. If there are only arguments to compare, you should beat these people. If they launch personal attacks, they just look weaker than their initial weak argument.
