Shouldn’t have needed a pardon for Flynn. There is no prosecutor in the case, the DOJ dropped it after exculpatory evidence was finally released.. evidence muellers team said was a conspiracy theory and didn’t exist.

The judge has 1 job, and that’s to drop the case. He has dragged it out since spring. He has completely gone rogue and the risk is, when Biden takes over, the entire doj will be replaced by muellers and judge Sullivan’s.

The case was dropped by the DOJ, they had no predicate, there was no crime, the appeals court basically punted back to Sullivan and said "he only has 1 move (sign off), let's give him the chance to do the right thing in a timely manner..." Yet Sullivan still did everything in his power to not sign off. Trump presumably lost the election, so pardoning Flynn was the right decision. You can't trust the Biden admin (the same one that targeted Flynn and his family in the first place) to do the right thin with the flynn case once they take over.

Flynn had a legal convo with the russian ambassador. The FBI had the call transcript. Flynn knew they had the call transcript, he told McCabe as much. The FBI had no investigation or questions to ask that couldn't be explained in that transcript. Flynn had 0% chance of getting a lie past the FBI, knowing they had the transcript.

The FBI said afterward that Flynn wasn't lying. Magically, they lose the original 302. The FBi notes don't even mention that they discussed russian sanctions with Flynn, yet they charged him with lying about sanctions... Flynn discussed Obama kicking russians out of the US, which isn't a sanction. And Flynn did the right thing in the call saying "If you need to do something, just make it reciprocal. We don't want to get into a tit for tat at the start of the admin when we have shared goals of working together to defeat ISIS, etc."

There is literally nothing that Flynn did wrong.

But since you claim to be such an expert, please tell me all about flynn's lies, what investigation said lies were material to, how the material lies impeded their investigation (when they had the call transcript...), etc.

An FBI agent involved testified that they simply targeted flynn and have no other purpose. You can look up his testimony.


They knew the lie charge would never stand, so they added on bogus FARA charges related to his work in Turkey. They also went after his son. They withheld exculpatory evidence proving his innocence (a brady act violation). Flynn's lawyers were the ones who filled out the FARA forms, so they pressured flynn to plead guilty because it would get THEM out of legal trouble (a clear conflict of interest). They actually brought the charges against his business partner and it got tossed out of court.

Once a mounting evidence of political targeting became clear, Flynn sought to withdraw his plea. The judge then went rogue and the rest is history.

I know his case was bogus and agree with everything, but wasn't Sullivan basically out of moves? I think it would have made Sullivan look even worse to string this case along and then if necessary Trump could pardon him in January.
