That final play had so much potential to be a career highlight for Dak...only to throw the ball in the middle of 4 defenders lol

It really did, but he made a very bad decision. There was still time on the clock, he could have just thrown out of bounds and regrouped for another shot at the endzone. I get he was trying to make some magic happen, but he had time to try again.
Regardless - Offense put up 31pts. You shouldn't be losing games when you score that much. The defense is made of swiss cheese, and unless we get some help, we have no chance of beating teams with a higher powered offense.6'1 - 240lbs

Safeties are awful. Gave up three 50 yard tds. Diggs saved one. When is chido back? Put him at safety.

I have no idea what it would take for Dallas to address the safety position. This has been ongoing since Woodson's career was done. They at least tried with Roy Williams, beast against the run but vulnerable in coverage.
Season after season of getting torched on deep plays....... now Stephen Jones says they have no plans to explore adding anyone...... gonna be a long year.6'1 - 240lbs

I don't get it..... i mean even if they swung and missed, I could live with that. Maybe a prospect doesn't pan out............but they completely ignore it like it isn't one of the most important positions in the NFL these days. It's a passing league now, you can't get by with a only a solid run defense.
What I really want to know is how bad was Ha-Ha Clinton-Dix camp that he lost the job to Thompson?6'1 - 240lbs

Gregory/Smith could be a nice combo^
I'm hoping we limp along and figure it out along the way and perhaps make a run come postseason
...Or just suck ass and go 4-12 and have a sure answer on Dak
Honestly he's in a somewhat similar situation as Garrett was imo...no playoffs = no deal<HTC>

I mean, really Dak has pulled through a lot and made some insane comebacks to get the team back in games.
BUT
The reason we get behind often is because going back to last season the offense and Dak has had atrocious 1st half starts. They shoot themselves in the foot, and figure chit out in the 2nd half.
Dak's ceiling is super high, but his floor is really low too. The inconsistency is what kills us.6'1 - 240lbs

In all seriousness you hit the nail on the head on this right here. You can't deny Dak has had comebacks in the second half but yeah the first halfs are what kills us. Every year Dak plays catch up in the second half and either comes through or fails horribly. And while doing so he can have a turnover which the other team capitalizes.
I just saw Dak leads in most (if not every) QB category right now
I thought that was pretty sweet... but when is he gonna play like the QB he thinks he is.. full game?!

Had the lead vs seattle btw. Defense couldn't get a stop on 4th down, then Seattle got home with 3 every snap of the final series.
Ran the ball 65% of the time on 1st down vs the rams, they went 1-7 on 3rd down b/c Dak didn't bail them out.
Establish the run put the ball on the ground three times vs Atlanta and he dug them back out.***Traditional Wet Shaving Crew***
