I need advice and help, please. I am 28. Not fat at all. Skinny arms and skinny legs. I weight 128. Body fat is 10%. The past 4 years my belly is almost swollen or bloated bad. It just sticks out really bad- it’s so bad that when I’m out in public or around people I’ll suck in a little bit. I have done all kinds of ab and full body work outs for a solid year. Nothing has changed at all with my stomach area beside I have gained muscle in my arms and chest. I have posted pics of my stomach. Should I see a doctor over this issue? It looks abnormal to me. Please any advice or help I would appreciate it guys. I measured around my belly and it is 34 inches. In pants, In the waste I wear a 29/30. Is this normal?

Its hard to tell with only belly shots, but a few things...
You are nowhere near 10%. Many/most men tend to store fats mostly in their stomach. You have a lot of fat to lose. You could have a posture problem, poking your belly forward, again, hard to tell from those pics.
I suspect that you are significantly under muscled. In those pants and the belly shots (bad angles, too) you look like your glutes are non-existent.
What, exactly, have your workouts looked like for the last year?
