For those who improved their posture significantly, how long did it take?
A few years ago I put a ton of effort into correcting my horrible posture, but after coming home from college 20 months ago, I stopped doing the corrective exercises I had been doing, stopped working out, and my posture has regressed a ton, although it is still much better than it was before I began to work on it.
Looking at pictures of myself, it took around 14-16 months to be nearly fully corrected last time, from servere APT/FHP to very good posture. How long might it take for me to get back to good posture?

Improving my posture was my big goal in exercise. So i corrected it by proper training from my coach. It takes around 2-3 months of correcting that completely.
