having too much unused leg muscles

hello, i have too much leg muscles. i had been training for years for speed, vertical and power, so a lot of olympic lifting/squats.

but now i can't find a group competition or sports to develop all that muscle into fast twitch speed. how can i keep up strength and turn slack muscle into speed muscle like sprinters usain bolt etc.

there isn't a nice flat track or sidewalk nearby to do some sprinting, and concrete is bad for knees tbh when sprinting all out.....

There is no such thing as non functional muscle.

Perhaps you need to train the neural pathways to make use of the tissue better - but that depends on what you want to do. The number one rule of sport specific training is to practice doing what you want to get better at.

Why not try some hill climbs on a bicycle?
