Currently saving up for an apartment so I can get off the road, but in the mean time would like to change my eating habits to lose weight. Any advice on eating healthy at truck stops or at least curbing my food cravings? We already eat like raccoons and I very rarely have access to Walmart or anywhere that might sell healthier food options.
