https://globalnews.ca/news/6901068/c...eden-approach/Prime Minister Stefan Lofven previously said Sweden is pursuing a “common sense” approach that will keep the country operating, while also protecting its most vulnerable.
“I feel confident in the overall strategy,” Lofven said last week. “One reason that we have chosen this strategy, and where we have supported the agencies, is that all measures have to be sustainable over time.”

The country has banned gatherings of more than 50 people, closed high schools, colleges and universities, and has urged isolation for citizens over the age of 70 or for those with underlying medical conditions who may be vulnerable to COVID-19.
That means elementary schools, most restaurants and most businesses have remained open. The decision to do so has drawn criticism.

The economy is going to be fcked for a long time but that's for many reasons
For one you will never have an up economy with a pandemic on the loose so everybody can forget about it . We will have to wait until a viable vaccine is in play. Try to hold on to your job is the name of the game***Gender Non-Committed***

You can "open UP" as much as you want to do
Until the people feel safe enough to go out the economy will never truly "open up"
Also people are quite comfy making more on unemployment than they are working a 9-5 job getting stressed the fuk out
For one here in texas a single person is making over 4k per month on unemployment alone.
That is 25 bux an hour to sit at home and watch tv. Waaayyyyy above min wage>>>>>Florida State Seminoles Tomahawk Nation Crew>>>>>

Have you been outside? People feel just fine going out. Boomers waiting in line to buy a single plant at home depot. I don't buy the people are too afraid for the economy to open up argument.
But yeah, why work when you can make 4k a month doing nothing. I cannot argue with that. Sounds like a good deal.

Agreed
the study was for hospitalized patients, already in the thick of the virus
Hcq isn’t going to help after the virus has already built an empire in the body
Hcq has shown to stop the growth of the virus (in a lab)
Better as a preventative/ early treatment , best results so far although clinical are still underwayDallas Cowboys

The full study with a sample size of almost 100,000 is right there for you to read and research.
It has an ass load of references listed as well.

And it's not like it's been emergen-c where you just pop it and off you go, it can have sides and using drugs for totally different diseases (malaria isn't even a virus) can, well, be different

Opening churches is indefensible. Putting people’s lives at risk for superstition is the last thing we need to do. It’s one thing to make an argument for businesses and the economy, but something else entirely for mass religious gatherings.
Should weld every single church door shut China-style until a vaccine is made. 100% Srs."Seen in the light of evolution, biology is, perhaps, intellectually the most satisfying and inspiring science. I'm worried since my family is in Peru. That country locked down everything early, and yet still has over 111k+ cases at a population of close to 32 million.

Freedom is scary! I don't know what these bastards are thinking that they should be free like that with such a scary icky virus running loose. It's better to live safely and securely in rope and chains like the commies than to have scary ass freedom where people catch viruses. Freedom is simply overrated. Fire up the FEMA camps for those who will not accept the New Normal™.
There's no stopping the spread by forced shutdowns of business. It will go around and we will catch it and either get over it or die. Life will go on regardless. In the meantime let's try to minimize the long-term damage being done by government in the midst of it.
Limited business shutdowns never had the possibility of stopping spread, only slowing it so that hospitals did not get overwhelmed with a massive and rapid spike of cases all at once. Now that we are well past that grossly over-forecasted doom scenario, arbitrary government-forced business shutdowns have no legitimate or rational purpose. All lawful businesses are essential to a country's well-being, and elitists with cushy jobs and who live in high castles should not be telling the rest of us that our jobs are not essential because they most certainly are. Maybe we should force them out of their jobs and turn them into beggars and see how they like it.

Singing right next to others for an extended period seems like a damn near perfect scenario for spreading this.
Difference between churches and stadiums, of course, is we do afford special privileges and protections for religion. But then some people consider sportsball to be their religion, so...lol

Georgia opened up April 27th, earlier than most and amid a plethora of criticism.
Now a few days short of one month later, hospitalizations are way down in Georgia since then.
