While I agree that the facts will take some time to come in on that, it's amusing to me that this woman is accused of trying to capitalize on the situation to rehabilitate her reputation after losing her job and that this constitutes a debunking, yet the disgraced lunatic on the Plandemic "documentary" doing the same thing is still readily liked and shared by denialists.

I'm not a big fan of "LOOK AT THIS PERSON"-type stories, it's almost always sketchy when somebody goes to the media seeking attention, but in point of fact, geographers are considered scientists. Her doctoral work is in the field of data science, and Florida Today followed up with emails she provided which appear to support the part of her version of events where she was ordered to remove data and argued against it:

It's entirely possible that she was fired for unrelated issues, and even possible that she has fabricated the emails, and is trying to recast the situation in order to try to get her job back or just to rehabilitate her professional image. People are chit like that. We'll only find out what really happened with time, but if you're eager to believe the media is lying but not prepared to consider that an elected official might be, you've got to take a long look in the mirror.

it’s been almost a month now for Georgia

We just hit a new record high for active cases in our county. After the shutdowns, it took about three weeks for the roller coaster to reach the top and then another month to get the caseload down to about half the peak.

That was ten days ago. We just spiked a bunch of positive tests for some reason. I'm not sure if this is a result of increased testing locally or not, since we haven't any local complaints about test shortages for a month. Also don't think it has anything to do with Phase 1, probably another unreported clusterfukk in an institutional setting.

Still, I have a suspicion Phase 2 is going to be up the road a little ways. We'll see if I'm getting a haircut on June 8th or if it's just a mirage.

Spreading the virus actually would help end the 'pandemic' sooner, it would result in herd immunity much faster than having 20K positive tests every day for the next 6 months and dragging this out into influenza/pneumonia season as well. The goal was to "flatten the curve" but now the agenda is to "eliminate the virus" apparently which quite simply isn't going to happen, probably ever. People are still getting the measles ffs.
