Besides going on 3.2km, 5km and 7km runs and messing about with full body session with 2 x 25kg dumbells and a 20kg kettlebell. Can anyone recommend any cool workouts I could try that would be rugby specific?
Well done and congrats. This is why I keep promoting RFA. It is so focused on attacking your weakest skills that you find yourself above and beyond where you would be otherwise. Great story!
