16 year old - do you guys think i gained too much fat?
Ive been training for 9 months and I'm trying to eat a lot to put on some weight, I think there's a 7 pound difference in the photos but I'm not sure if a majority of it is fat.
Ive been training for 9 months and I'm trying to eat a lot to put on some weight, I think there's a 5 pound difference in the photos but I'm not sure if a majority of it is fat.
Im eating around 3,000 calories a day, I'm 5 10 and 160 right now. Im flexing my core and chest in the photos.
I don't think anyone can tell you how much of that 7lbs was fat and how much was muscle. Overall body composition is hard enough to judge. If you are worried, eat close to maintenance and see if you can still make progress in the gym (most people still can).
