Time to start cutting or keep bulking?

    Hello people!

I am 23 years old currently weight is 90kg. 184cm tall. Started 1 year ago at 83kg. I am training since 5 years but had lots of breaks. This this i am really consistent. My goal from previous year was fo get 90kg and I achieved it but I am not satisfied with the results so far.

For me the arms were really hard to build i started with 36sm and now 39.5cm. Anyways
My question is what should I do now cut or keep bulking? I am afraid If I start cut and cut to 80kg that I will be really small?

My diet: well I am eating helthy lots of meat everyday oats potatoes rice mill protein.. i am eating like 2800cal per day and gaining little by little.

Could you please give me some advices and rate my current body? Thank you and have a blessed day!

Def start cutting bro. Lookin thick enuf to have decent size wen lean as a muggg. Ppl dont realize how fat they are until they become lean tbh. Happened to me when I bulked to 220 and finally became a lean machine at 165. But boyyy I looked like a whole different person.
Just keep lifting the same as u do and drop the calories by a lot. I was cutting on like 1300-1600 cals a day. Dont worry abt ppl who say too much of a deficit lowers muscle mass. LBM is a combo of vessel size, muscle, blood, etc etc. according to alberto nunez, u will lose 1lb of lbm per 5 lbs regardless and too many ppl confuse this drop with a 1 lb muscle loss which isnt true. Just get enough protein (at least .8g/lb) and dont worry too much abt carbs and fats. U can adjust those according to ur progress and energy levels. Cut quick, get lean, and make new goals once u get there. And for those who disagree with me still, obv i lost some strength on my cut, but ur bound to wen u cut 55 lbs. otherwise, im still hella strong relatively to most in the gym. I think the slow cut advice is for bodybuilders who compete and do it for a living
