Hi
hoping someone can help me.. I'm trying to bulk.. I'm eating 5 meals aday including taking whey protein. But I'm not putting any weight on at all. My weight stays the exact same. Iv been trying to bulk for the past 6 weeks. But my weight stay around 83kg.
Any advice?. I'm eating things like pasta, fish, chicken, potatoes, oats.

Do you know how many calories you burn daily? Do you know how many calories you're taking in daily? Without understanding those two values you'll likely make very little progress. If you want the easy way to do it without tracking calories: add more daily calories until you are consistently gaining 1lb a week. Example: if one PB&J sandwich extra a day doesn't help, then add 2. Or simply add other foods you enjoy to add extra calories daily.
Alternatively, you could go to the nutrition forum on this website and read the threads at the top of the page where you can learn about the basics of nutrition and how to properly plan a diet to fit your goals.Currently: traveling + MA Forensic Psych

I have great trouble gaining weight too, I have to eat what I feel is a ridiculous amount of food to gain just a modest amount of weight.
I put it down to having a lot of energy I'm always on the go, don't sit down for long plus my job is physical too.
The good side to this is, probably like you I don't get fat but the bad side it holds me back getting bigger muscle wise.
Everyone else has said the same thing, just try your best and eat more.Tennis balls?...........my Biceps are as big as Grapefruits!
