I always use black friday as an example. If people will riot and tear each other apart over a $200 flat screen TV, what will they do when food starts running out?
I usually have plenty of meat in the chest freezer at all times, but I upped my stocks mid march when all this started going stupid.
I'd estimate I have about 300 lbs of beef, pork and chicken in various cuts in the freezerMFC

I called the grocery store meat dept to see when's the best time that they should be stocked. She said around 9am. She said usually by then they've got everything out. Guess that's why when I went last Friday at 7am it was so sparse. Going to try Friday. Fingers crossed!~ In a world where you can be anything, be kind ~
