I'm 5'4 and have a 25 inch waist, 36 inch hips and my thighs are 23 inches in circumference. I've always had big thighs even when training hard and eating clean but my diet has gone off the rocker lately but I've still been training hard. My skin is tight and my thighs are firm but I have cellulite. I always have it though unless Im' at about 15% bodyfat or less. I haven't had a DXA scan in a while so I'm not sure what my bodyfat percentage is right now but is it normal to have thighs almost as big around as your waist? Are my thighs too big? I'ts not like I have huge quads or anything. Are my thighs larger than the average athlete for my body type? Thoughts; opinions? What is the typical waist, thigh size difference for female athletes?
