Macros/Chicken Breast - Uncooked or Cooked

So, i have a question guys/gals. I’m a noob when it comes to counting macros so bare with me. I want to know if I decided to cook one chicken breast that has 130 calories, 1.5 fat and protein 31, and the end result of me cooking that chicken breast left me with 100 calories ... do the macros stay the same? Even though the breast weigh less do I still get the 1.5 fat and protein of 31g? If not, please help.

Use calories from raw meat. They KNOW you are going to cook it. The macro's are unchanged.
