    Any natty ways to raise test

    Any misc ways to raise test??
    I ran bloodwork and its.low, and I got signs of low test as well.
    Brain fog like a mofo and low libido

    Any proven ways to boost it

    Also used to rock a piece of steel pipe just from making out, not anymore which sucks

    Not considering trt because I'm only 30

    Also no morning wood

    Consume more cholesterol and good fats (eggs, avocado)
    Sleep 7-9 hrs per night
    Supplement with zinc, d3, fish oil, and a decent multi
    Eat cruciferous veggies daily (broccoli)
    Eat organic, grass-fed beef
    Play with macros. Try 1g per pound protein, 2g per pound carbs, 0.5g per pound fat.
    Don’t overtrain. Lift heavy 4 days per week. Do sprints once or twice a week instead of moderate intensity cardio.
    That’s a good start imo

    Not positive but I think my diet is what fuked it and also ran some oj last year but I should be recovered by now
    Diet was pretty much rice and chicken for months
    Also I work midnights sleep all day. And then stay indoors remodeling the house

    I will try to adjust all

    520 @ 30 is decent, I think.

    Bloody Mary's (3-4 a day, 5 times a week), vodka, tomato juice, tabasco (lots), Worcester sauce and two large pinches of celery salt
    start running or doing cardio 4-5 days a week
    fap seven times a day
    get plenty of sunshine and fresh air
    get at least 6 hours sleep a night
    grow a beard
    buy a very large tv and play call of duty multiplayer at least two hours a day (it will fool you brain into thinking you are in a war zone and will elevate test levels.)
    wrap yourself in aluminum foil which will stop the 5g radio waves which could be causing your test levels to drop. If there are any towers near you, torch them.

    Eat at maintenance or surplus, Vitamin D3, Zinc, Omega-3s, Eating enough saturated fats(!), Sleeping enough (7-8h atleast), Having actual sex (no fap/no porn) with women, Lifting heavy, HIIT cardio, Avoid binge drinking and chronic drinking.

    Many others have covered the best approach but to me it sounds like this. I know from personal experience that severely limiting fat intake will kill your libido, I wouldn't worry though as for me it came back immediately as soon as I corrected my diet.
