"Do you think SHE actually felt like that was a sexual thing he was doing? She's like 6. Only an actual p3do would think that she thought he was groping her, too."
"Not that it's impossible to touch a minor inappropriately, but it is true that a 6 year old girl will not recognize someone putting a hand on their chest as groping, whether it is inappropriate or not."

And as usual most of you miss the point. EVERY business, just like a family, should have enough cash on hand to withstand lean times.
And stop with the Obama/Trump thing. I didn't even bring Trump up other than to point out how ridiculous his economy claims were.
And this is not about people, it's about businesses both big and small. So y'all think it's ok for small business to not have any cash on hand, what about the airlines for example? They shouldn't be able to handle a few weeks of no revenue?
Note you don't hear about googe/apple/microsoft laying people off. Why? Because they're sitting on a ton of cash.Early AM workout crew.

Some are also doing it on purpose so that their employees can get the assistance that was just signed/processes in place as they don't know how long this will last. It keeps getting extended. When you also look at how many businesses are new and trying to grow that got impacted. There's a lot more to the numbers and context that you're leaving out to push your point. Come on hair bruh you're better than this.

They aren't laying people off because their people are still working.
Airlines are running flights with 4 people on board - they are still working but losing money.
I am willing to be the vast majority of those filing unemployment were working in the service industries.Boomer Rep Crew #1

Do you not understand the complexity of small business and the margins that many run on in order to be competitive? What sector are they in? Do they receive government contracts? Are they national or regional? Do the offer essential services? Is their supply chain national or international? What are the state labor laws?
If you honestly believe that an average small business has 5 months, or should have 5 months of cash in hand to operate without zero profit, you're high. Second, if a small company does have that reserve cash and you own that small company, what makes more sense......laying everyone off so they can collect unemployment or running your reserves dry and going completely broke?
I'm happy that your company can survive and pay peoples salary but comparing your company to other companies in an economy as diverse and complex as ours is completely derp derp.Black with a Small Hat

My daughter works in a popular shoe store in a mall, she has not lost her job but her company told her to apply for temporary unemployment to the state as she would get more money than the employer would give while on furlough. She will be back at her job and off unemployment as soon as we are able to go back to work.
Im sure there are similar situations going on all over the countryChina is asshoe !!!

Restaurants are the worst when it comes to having money on hand lol I stopped servicing most because they are always 30 days late. The last restaurant I dropped told me not to cash the check till the following week because they wouldn't be able to make payroll, meanwhile they are charging 35+ a plate and the owner drives a brand new GMC. I cashed it anyways wasn't my problem
