So i am 18 yrs , 5 feet 10 inches and I weigh around 145.5lbs .I am pretty skinny and i can't really say i have fat visible anywhere on my body. My legs are medium sized but i have pretty small arms . Mu question though is how do I get a six pack? I ve been trying several methods and i clearly have a very well developed 4 pack (the 4 upper abs ) but I still have a thin layer of what may seem as fat (or skin?) on my lower abs and i can't get them to show . What should I do?

You probably don't have your lower abs very well developed. The abs are like any other muscle. They need to be trained and fed (calorie surplus + protein) in order to grow. A low body fat is needed for them to be visible.
You're 5'10, and only weight 145 lbs tho. If you wanna look good then I suggest you try to gain some muscle on your whole body. Being skinny with abs is not really a big accomplishment. Having abs wihile being muscular? Much more attractive. I assume that's the reason you want a six considering you're 18

Thanks for the reply !
Yeah and this is another problem i have because i tried several times to put on muscle , especially on my arms (the weakest spot ) and i ate quite a lot . The problem is I was stuffing my face with fast food and such so that I satisfy my protein goal . My gains were not so visible after a month so i quit . Now , being stuck at home and wanting to pursue a healthy diet , i don t know what exercices to do because most of the bodyweight ones seem either to easy or to hard for me to do a complete workout.

It may be your genetics.
If your fairly lean and don't see even a little bit of the lower abs then that may be the way it is.
Not everyone can have that six pack look.
Work in a lot of core and ab work, as well as weighted ab work.
You can still develop good abdominals but think of the surrounding areas also, intercostals, obliques as well as the low back/lumbars.

A lot of people have underdeveloped lower abs, you just have to train them, and eat healthy for them to show. Body fat is another big part in your abs showing, if you're a high body fat your abs won't or will minimally show, if you're a low body fat, your abs will show. This could also be your genetics. Some people have 4 packs, other people have 8 packs, etc..

Try to focus on ab exercises that target the lower area..
Just like any other muscle, it takes time and patience to get built. You're saying that you're relatively skinny, so I would say to focus on building up your overall frame of muscle first. However sometimes that last bit of fat on the body can be on the lower abs. So if you REALLY just care about getting a fully visible six pack, then do a light cut. Pictures would help to decide which..
