So the body burns 2500 calories naturally, I burn an extra 200 on the cross trainer, which burns 700 for the day.
I eat 175 Parmesan, 175 milk 100 calories butter. These are weak calories, high in number, low at reducing hunger. 1550 are fats, protein and carbs. I’m still starving by night.
Any help or personal experience would be appreciated.

When eating 2000 calories per day, how many ‘weak’ calories can you eat

your TDEE is 2700 calories, you're eating 2000 calories and feel hungry? sounds normal to me...
if you're trying to lose weight, it would be smart to mostly eat foods that are filling. why not give up the parmesan and milk? i get around 100 calories from milk too, but i drink it with a buttload of coffee, which in turn helps me with appetite management

Weak calorie... that's something new. OP maybe use the phrase not satiating instead of weak as it will be more descriptive. If you're in a calorie deficit, it's not uncommon to be hungry, especially at a 700 calorie deficit. I would play around with other foods, add in some fiber and maybe more protein, and see if you can't find ways to stay full.
