I was going to choose apricots over asparagus but then I realized I can't actually remember the flavor of raw apricot...

This week is gunna be hard, gratefully no pineapple today
Artichokes boiled 1/4 cut down the middle, olive oil and garlic the bbq or broiled
Asparagus (sushi! Or grilled or in a pasta salad with cherry tomatoes and feta)
brussel sprouts Broiled with balsamic or chili and maple
Blue berries
Broccoli
Eggplant sliced thin sprayed with Pam and sprinkled with garlic, part and seasoning baked till browning and use like lasagna noodles or make awesome dips with it!
