    Want to cut, but

    17, 5'9, 85kg. A lot more bodyfat than I'd like. I used to be skinnyfat, but decided I'd rather gain the muscle before losing the fat and that's what I did. I really want to cut and lose this fat, but because all the gyms are closed I'm worried I'll do the cut wrong and end up losing all the muscle I've made and go back to square one. I've read all the cut threads but I'm still just not optimistic. Can anyone help a man out?
    5'9 180lbs/82k

    Bench - 70kg/154lb

    Squat - 105kg/231lb

    Deadlift - 145kg/320lb

    yeah its called:
    wanna lose fat: calorie deficit
    wanna maintain until gyms open up: maintenance cals
    wanna add mass: surplus

    since when do you need a gym to make progress..?? theres lots of alternatives
