17, 5'9, 85kg. A lot more bodyfat than I'd like. I used to be skinnyfat, but decided I'd rather gain the muscle before losing the fat and that's what I did. I really want to cut and lose this fat, but because all the gyms are closed I'm worried I'll do the cut wrong and end up losing all the muscle I've made and go back to square one. I've read all the cut threads but I'm still just not optimistic. Can anyone help a man out?
