Edit 1 is 100% accurate. If he would recognize that his narcissism is at the root of his problems when it comes to socializing with others (especially women), he could get professional help for it. However, he won't because he can't. The only thing he thinks he has going for him is his IQ. High IQ is not as rare as he thinks it is and it's not as valuable as he wishes it were. Social IQ matters more (much more) when it comes to having friends and relationships and if you think you're better than everyone else, you're going to lead a lonely life. I hope he reads that. I hope he takes it to heart as constructive criticism. He's young enough to change. I still think he's a miserable *******, but I hope he can make those changes because nobody is fated to live a lonely, bitter life. Rotters can always change.
