    Cool Help

    I’m 17 years old, I began working out last summer and I was 175lbs to start of and Then shot up to 215lbs 2 months ago and now I’m 200lbs because I tried to “cut” off my stomach fat, but I still have it and I lost strength, How do I continue to bulk but still lose the belly fat I have?
