Hi there guys,
Been a while since I been on here. I was wondering if anyone can give some advice on how to balance my right side? My right side seems alot smaller compared to my left and recently I have been having problems with my right shoulder.
I went to see a physio and they advised some moves to do at home but ultimately I feel I need to work out and build up the right side of my back.
I did some research myself and feel it's my lats and teres major and minor muscles?
