5’8”, 178lbs natural male 13/13.5% body fat.
i’ve been lifting for a little under 2 years, i’ve always had a decent back & from behind my waste looks slim but for whatever reason looking at the front my waste looks thick. i need advice on how to fix that. i read somewhere if you have questions abt your body to get advice bc looking at your body everyday can deceive you. much luv brahs

Looks fine to me, combination of a little fat, oblique development and just bone structure; not too much you could do to change it. Even losing some fat would not make much difference to it.
