There is simply no other exercise, and certainly no machine, that produces the level of central nervous system activity, improved balance and coordination, skeletal loading and bone density, muscular stimulation and growth, connective tissue stress and strength, psychological demand and toughness, and overall systemic conditioning as the correctly performed full squat.

Hope you get better soon mate.
At the moment I'm feeling like I've got a heavy chester and the urge to take a deep breath alot and little back pain, nothing to worry about?
Also when I was in Bali in mid february after being in Hong Kong, Vietnam and other nearby places I experienced very bad sore throats, fevers and such I had never felt so ill before, so I'm hoping I had it then.Disregard Everything, Acquire Aesthetics Crew

I believe I had it too. Health air through contacted wife to say she had high risk exposure but by then were already sick for several days (took 4 days to show symptoms). Started with bad headache 2 days later chest tightness and pain, couldn’t take full breath due to tightness. 2 days later also developed runny nose and mild cough.
Kids were runny nose fever and cough but did well. One daughter was better but the worsened and seems to be on mend now.
Got tested but nose bled during swab , also 14% error rate but I tested negative. I don’t believe it and there is evidence to support not. Was also mostly recovered by then so viralmload likely low. A single swab from one area can certainly miss this
Sounds like the critically ill are experiencing rebound as well.
Also, immunity is likely but not confirmed. Don’t know if lifetime immunity but likely (based on other coronviruses, a year or two). Not enough evidence for medical community to be sending the recoveredpractitioners into the trenches while the others stay back (which is what I think should happen).
the chest tightness was like nothing I’ve ever had and I can see how it can just continue to progress until you can’t breath.Last edited by blindsideflank; 03-27-2020 at 10:48 AM.

So sounds like a flu but a little longer and some more head symptoms
I hope you do feel better soon. Sounds like you're on the upside. Also sounds exactly like what my some had. He had a fever of 103+ for five days, which is 3 days longer than he ever has before.Yellow fever crew
