Goddamit, this sickness really needs to end. 10 days of being sick gets really tiresome.

Thread is dead fuking serious. I got tested last Friday, took a whole week to get the results.

The PCR test does not test for the specific COVID19, it only tests for any type of possible coronavirus which most of us have anyway. This whole thing is PSYOP and a hoax.

Sore throat first, very innocent for a few days. Then a severe headache came on and still hasn't gone away. The fever, cough, body aches, and weakness followed. I had a spell of dizziness for a day or so. I've had some chest tightness but no noticeable shortness of breath.

I didn't realize I had corona, I knew something was really fuking weird with how I was feeling and the fever came on really quickly so I just want to check the boxes. They tested me for the flu which came back negative so the next test was for coronavirus.

The cough is bad right now still, when I cough it activates the crap out of my headache and at this point my abs are very fatigued from coughing so much. Right now it feels like a mild flu but I think I'm about 5 days past the worst of the symptoms now.

How much time do you still need to fully recover?

Wish I knew. I don't think I get better in the next few days at the rate I've been going. It's like I go through waves of improving and getting worse. They say I need to go 72 hours without a fever and respiratory systems to be considered recovered.

What have you been eating when youve managed to? Ive got a bunch of food stocked up but i imagine most of it would be annoying to prepare if you end up self isolated with a bad case of it

Food has helped so I've made sure to keep eating regardless of my appetite or symptoms. Oatmeal/pb/protein powder for breakfast, soups for lunch/dinner, some other random meals thrown in there.

Not terrible, just uncomfortable. Can't imagine anyone would have a real issue with it.

I haven't coughed up anything at all throughout all this, just looked at the calendar and I had symptoms develop 12 days ago.

Symptoms seem to be all over the map for people with it, somehow there's people showing no symptoms, there's me who's had an intense ass flu like experience, and then there's those who have serious respiratory complications. I don't think anyone can reliably diagnose based off symptoms alone. If you have a high fever go get tested for the flu, if that's negative then maybe it could be coronavirus and maybe they'll test you but that's doubtful.

Just remembered my resting heart rate was 110 bpm when I was at my worst. The chit you described that made you feel better (if no troll) would have made me feel like death. Walking just around my apartment got my heart going really badly, which then would lead to more dizziness, coughing and the headache worsening. Exercise is really not a good idea from my experience with this.

I had an infection in my lungs a while ago and the shortness of breath and tight chest sucks. Just can't think about it. Real, REAL easy to make yourself start panicking if you start thinking about if you're not getting enough breath, slowly suffocating, etc. Its very easy to make your symptoms worse when it comes to breathing problems. Look up the deep breathing technique and find something to take your mind off it. Video games, book, movie, tv shows. I would get real bad at night time when everything was quiet and I was all alone. Almost called 911 because I felt like I was blacking out from lack of oxygen. Stressed constantly for almost 3 weeks. Finally just said fuk it. If I suffocate and die then so be it. But I'm not gonna sit around with constant anxiety, fear, and stress. Stopped paying attention too it then after about a week I remembered I was supposed to be having breathing problems. I completely forgot about it since my breathing was fine. Not saying this really pertains too much to the coronavirus but people need to realize your mindset plays an important role in how much your symptoms affect you. Stay mentally strong boyos. Kick this coronavirus right in the kunt and send it packing op.

I know what you mean. I haven't had extreme respiratory issues thankfully but at times it's noticeable and there's some difficulty breathing but I agree most of it's in my mind. I distract myself and the breathing difficulty mostly goes away.

I haven't got the flu since I was 8 years old.

I developed a sore throat a couple days ago but I megadosed Vitamin C and took Vitamin D daily and nothing much happened.

I am at high risk because I am working out in the public for 10 hrs of my day. Trying to be cautious but seems almost impossible.

Can confirm the headaches were fuking horrendous.

I was at the RSA conference in SF back at March 4th where Covid-19 cases were traced back to. The next Wednesday I went to SF and took the train, ferry, and Muni. After that, I ended up getting a dry cough, runny nose, severe diarrhea and the worst headache I ever had for 3 straight days. I stayed home from work because my kids were also sick, with what seemed like just a cold, but also had coughing.

Not sure if I or my kids I had it or not. We self-isolated ourselves just in case. We are all fine now.

The headache is what makes me question it, though, because I never get headaches.
