    1 year to become jacked and freaky

    5'3
    235lbs

    I've been dieting for the past two days. Hopefully after I chit I'll be able to get an idea of how much i really weigh.

    I'm cutting right now and want to get down to 160lbs. I'll also be able to gain muscle and strength through muscle memory and just have a great work ethic period. I'm lucky in that regard.

    3/25/20 -
    Pushups - 2x10,11
    Incline push ups - 2x11,10

    Will be doing more movements tomorrow. I swear just that little bit of work already has me sore. I want to do a variation of push ups that hit my triceps and do ab and leg work. Cant wait for tomorrow!

    Bodyweight squats -4x20
    Lunges -3x10

    Short and sweet. Need to buy some padding so I can do ab work without my back hurting. Scoliosis suck.

    Tried to do push ups again today. But, my muscles are still recovering from yesterday. I couldn't even do 1 rep n havent weigh myself yet.

    I havent weighed myself yet. Ill give you all my current weight tomorrow after I do my business in the bathroom.

    I'm pretty damn sore today. Feels good because I know I worked hard enough.
