What is the best ab workout?

I have been lifting for just over a year and i started of doing full body Monday, Wednesday, Friday and abs on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. I did that for a long time then I quit doing abs but I never quit doing full body consistently. I want to get back into working my abs but I’m Not sure how many or what exercises to do. Today I did hanging leg raises 3x12 with a minute rest. Cable crunches 3x12 with a minute rest, then I did 1 minute plank and 30 second side planks on each side. What is an ab workout that you run or have liked in the past that I should try? Please list sets, reps and rest time thank you.

I tried various things over the years, but, ultimately, what worked for me:

    - cable crunches, 8-12 reps, 5 sets
    - weighted situps on a decline bench (max decline, strict form), 8-12 reps, 5 sets

I have no idea of rest time as I always superset. Simple, effective and doesn't consume a lot of my workout. Also, it's worth mentioning that my routine for years has been an upper/lower split with an emphasis on compound movements, so I'm getting a lot of ab work done before I even get to the isolation stuff.
