So due to the COVID-19, I've been quarantining. With no work, I've been about as sedentary as humanly possible. Watching movies and such. So I decided to do a non-active cut. So I'm taking 1800 cals per day. I weigh 148 lbs, and so I typically always take in atleast 148 g protein per day. But since I am SOO sedentary, can I get away with less protein per day and still maintain muscle? Like, can I take in 120 g and be fine?

I do go on walks, do pushups, etc. But my question is theoretically, on days that I specifically want to be lazy, is it okay for me to take in like 120 g protein vs. 148 g (which is my body weight), if I am doing absolutely nothing on those days. Just imagine that I am sick with the flu or something.

Not a great time for anyone to be cutting without gym access and as Adam said you can work out outside like the rest of the USA
Eat at your TDEE is my advice, I stopped my own cut as well
You’re 148 lbs
Minimum would be 105g
.7g/lbs is current minimus per scienceNASM CPT

Typically, when you are physically inactive you want to preserve muscle. So you want more protein and to try and add what you can. You typically lose muscle in a cut to some extent. So being inactive due to quarantine along with cutting/caloric deficit/less protein is going to make that worse.
